Evidence-based psychotherapy for thoughtful and grounded support
We don't view therapy as a place to be fixed. It is simply a safe, collaborative space to pause, untangle your experiences, and make sense of what you're carrying. We bring the clinical expertise, but you remain the expert on your own life.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach or top-down expertise. Therapy is a collaborative process. We walk alongside you—gently, honestly, and at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Our work relies on validated psychological frameworks, but is always delivered with warmth. We offer trauma-informed, affirming care that honors the vastness of your stories, history, and identity.
You don’t exist in a vacuum, and neither does therapy. We consider the relationships, work environments, and cultural systems that shape your life—recognizing that many of your struggles are natural responses to the world around you, not personal failings.

I am a psychologist with over five years of experience, dedicated to providing a grounded, compassionate space for adults to untangle the complexities of being human.
In my practice, I work closely with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress and burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you are feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply trying to find your footing during a difficult season, my goal is to help you make sense of what you are carrying.
Currently, I am undertaking training in Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a deeply respectful, evidence-based approach that helps us understand the different, sometimes conflicting parts of ourselves. Rather than fighting against your anxiety, anger, or protective walls, we work with gentle curiosity to understand why those parts are there, helping to unburden them so you can lead your life with more clarity and calm.
I built Solune on a simple premise: you don't need to be fixed, you just need a space where it is safe to be honest. I bring warmth, practical insight, and collaboration to our sessions, so you can move through the world with a little more lightness and ease.
